Hyundai Motor India has introduced the Lounge Edition across the Creta, Alcazar and Creta Electric. The new variants add a 29.46cm (11.6-inch) rear-seat entertainment system, lounge-specific interior elements and exterior styling updates.
The Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) system supports OTT content, video streaming, interactive gaming, applications through a certified app store and phone mirroring. It is paired with the existing Bose premium eight-speaker sound system with a front central speaker and subwoofer.
The Lounge Edition also gets a dedicated interior theme with silver-coloured inserts, a new seat design pattern, Moonwhite ambient lighting and rear-seat headrest cushions with Lounge branding. The exterior updates include black-finished elements and a new Golden Bronze exterior colour.
Hyundai says the Lounge Edition is aimed at customers seeking additional comfort, connectivity and entertainment features, with the changes focused primarily on the cabin and styling.
Hyundai Creta Lounge Edition Features And Powertrain
The Creta Lounge Edition is based on the King trims and is available with the 1.5-litre MPi petrol iVT and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel AT powertrains.
Exterior additions include a Golden Bronze colour option, black-painted front and rear skid plates, side-sill garnish, rear spoiler, roof rails, C-pillar garnish and ORVMs. It also gets R18 matte-black alloy wheels.
Inside, the Creta Lounge Edition gets the 11.6-inch RSE system, lounge-specific interiors with silver inserts, Moonwhite ambient lighting, a new lounge seat pattern and branded rear-seat headrest cushions.
Hyundai Alcazar Lounge Edition Gets Five-Seat Layout
The Alcazar Lounge Edition is based on the Signature variant and is offered exclusively with the 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel automatic powertrain. Unlike the standard three-row configuration, the Lounge Edition features an exclusive five-seater layout.
It also gets a voice-enabled smart panoramic sunroof and the 11.6-inch rear-seat entertainment system. Other additions include the lounge-specific interior theme, silver inserts, Moonwhite ambient lighting, new seat design and branded rear headrest cushions.
Exterior changes comprise the Golden Bronze colour option, black-painted skid plates, side-sill garnish, rear spoiler, roof rails and ORVMs, along with R18 black alloy wheels.
Hyundai Creta Electric Lounge Edition Features
The Creta Electric Lounge Edition is based on the Excellence Long Range variant with the Home Charger option. Along with the RSE system and lounge-specific cabin treatment, it adds a dashcam and rear wireless charger.
The electric SUV gets the same Golden Bronze exterior option, black-painted exterior elements and R17 black aero alloy wheels. Interior additions include the lounge seat design, Moonwhite ambient lighting, silver-coloured inserts and branded rear headrest cushions.
Hyundai Lounge Edition Prices
The Creta Lounge Edition is priced from Rs 19.21 lakh to Rs 20.45 lakh, ex-showroom. The Alcazar Lounge Edition is priced between Rs 21.80 lakh and Rs 21.95 lakh, while the Creta Electric Lounge Edition ranges from Rs 24.34 lakh to Rs 25.22 lakh, ex-showroom.
