Hyundai launches CRETA Knight, a new variant in its SUV lineup

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has introduced the new CRETA Knight, a variant of its popular CRETA SUV.

The new model emphasizes a distinct black-themed design, aimed at providing a unique look and enhanced road presence.

Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director & Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motor India Limited, stated, “The CRETA Knight is designed to offer a commanding road presence and bold aesthetics. It features a black-themed design that distinguishes it from other SUVs, aiming to deliver a driving experience that aligns with our customers' aspirations for style and performance.”

The CRETA Knight incorporates over 21 design changes, focusing on black-painted elements both inside and outside the vehicle. Exterior features include a black-painted front radiator grille, matte black Hyundai logos, black alloy wheels with red brake calipers, and various other black accents such as skid plates, side sills, and roof rails. The interior continues the black theme with premium features like black leather seats with brass stitching, sporty metal pedals, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

The CRETA Knight will be available with two engine options: a 1.5-liter MPi petrol engine and a 1.5-liter U2 CRDi diesel engine. The petrol engine comes with both 6-speed manual and IVT transmissions, while the diesel engine offers 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.

Pricing for the CRETA Knight starts at INR 14,50,800 for the base petrol variant and goes up to INR 20,14,800 for the top diesel variant.

Customers can purchase the CRETA Knight in Titan Grey Matte colour option with an additional price of Rs 5000 and Dual Tone colour option with an additional price of Rs 15,000.
