Honeywell India celebrates Women in Strategic Business Roles
Over 100 women professionals from diverse fields attended the LeadHERs in Commercial event in Gurgaon.
Honeywell India hosted its LeadHERs in Commercial event at the company’s Gurgaon campus earlier today. The event brought together bringing together over 100 women professionals from diverse fields including sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing roles.
The theme for this year’s event was “Breaking Barriers, Building Business.” where it spotlighted women driving transformation in traditionally male-dominated sectors such as Automation, Oil & Gas, and Energy. According to Honeywell, the event also served as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and dialogue on building inclusive commercial ecosystems.
The event also featured a panel discussion, “Breaking Barriers – Women Leading Commercial Excellence” which was moderated by Deepti Vij, Director, Talent Acquisition, Honeywell.
The panel featured popular names like Ajay Khera, Former Commercial Head – India, Technip Energies, Shally Verma, Business Development Leader, Rockwell India, Nandini Singh, Partner & Executive Director, IBM, Pavitra Venkatraman, Partner Development, GSI, Microsoft
Additionally, this event also saw presence of Shaili Chopra, award-winning journalist and founder of SheThePeople and Gytree, and Ritu Jerath, global customer experience leader and advocate for women’s leadership. Both shared inspiring journeys of challenging the status quo and redefining possibilities for women in business.
