After spending much of the last decade steadily losing relevance in India’s rapidly transforming passenger vehicle market, the Japanese automaker is now preparing a far more aggressive strategic reset built around India-specific SUVs, localised hybrid technology, mainstream EVs, faster development cycles and a more decentralised operating structure.
