Honda reveals image for new 3rd generation Honda Amaze
First introduced in 2013, the Honda Amaze has been a significant model for Honda in India.
Honda Cars India released the teaser image for its upcoming 3rd generation Honda Amaze, a compact sedan aimed at young buyers and modern families. The latest version of the Amaze has a fresh design, upgraded technology, and Honda’s reliability, appealing to a generation seeking a stylish yet practical vehicle, the company said.
The Honda Amaze has been a significant model for Honda in India, first introduced in 2013 and followed by a successful second-generation launch in 2018. Known for its comfort, and performance, the Amaze quickly became a popular choice among entry-level sedan buyers in the Indian market.
Honda has steadily expanded its portfolio in India, where the entry-level sedan market remains competitive. The Amaze has continued to hold its ground against competitors in this segment, where demand for high-quality, economical sedans remains robust despite the rising popularity of SUVs.
Honda Cars India President and CEO, Takuya Tsumura, said, “The Honda Amaze has always been a special product for us and our customers in India. As a pioneer in premium styling for entry sedans, the Honda Amaze has always set the standard for design and sophistication in its segment. With the 3rd generation, we are excited to take this to the next level, offering our modern Indian customers an enhanced premium package like never before.”
Honda is expected to reveal more details about the new Amaze in the coming months as it prepares for a full market release. The model’s upcoming debut will further bolster Honda’s presence in India’s competitive compact sedan sector, which remains a vital part of the automaker’s strategy.
