Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Introduces All-New NX200 Adventure Motorcycle Starting at Rs 1,68,499

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the All-New NX200, an adventure motorcycle aimed at providing a balance of everyday usability and exploration. Priced at Rs. 1,68,499 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the NX200 is now available at all HMSI Red Wing and BigWing dealerships across India.

According to HMSI, the NX200 draws inspiration from the larger NX500 and has been designed to cater to riders looking for both urban commuting and off-road capability. The company stated that the motorcycle features a sculpted fuel tank, angular graphics, and an elevated stance. It is equipped with an all-LED lighting setup, which includes a headlamp, LED indicators, and an X-shaped LED tail lamp to improve visibility.

The NX200 is powered by an OBD2B-compliant 184.4cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine that generates 12.5 kW at 8500 RPM and 15.7 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox, offering a combination of fuel efficiency and performance suitable for both city and highway riding.

In terms of technology and features, HMSI has equipped the NX200 with a 4.2-inch full-digital TFT display that supports Bluetooth connectivity and is compatible with the Honda RoadSync app. This allows riders to access navigation, receive call notifications, and check SMS alerts. Additionally, a USB C-type charging port has been included for added convenience.

The motorcycle also incorporates several safety and ride-enhancing features. It is fitted with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) to optimize rear-wheel traction across different road conditions. An Assist & Slipper Clutch has been added to facilitate smoother gear shifts and reduce rear-wheel locking during downshifting. The NX200 is also equipped with a dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) to enhance braking performance and stability.

HMSI has launched the NX200 in a single variant with three colour options: Athletic Blue Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic, and Pearl Igneous Black. The company has stated that the motorcycle is now available across its dealership network in India.
