The Honda India Foundation has been honored with the 'Bhamashah Award' by the Government of Rajasthan for the fourth consecutive year, recognising its efforts in enhancing education in the state.
The 28th Bhamashah Samman 2024 ceremony was held on September 1, 2024, attended by Madan Dilawar, Minister of School Education and Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Rajasthan, and other officials. The award was presented to Ms. Anu Mehta, General Manager of General Affairs and CSR at Honda Cars India Ltd.
The Honda India Foundation has undertaken various educational projects in Rajasthan. They have invested in setting up digital labs to improve access to technology for students. The Foundation has also provided educational materials and learning aids to create a more supportive learning environment. Additionally, they have organized training programs for teachers to introduce innovative teaching methods and strategies.
