Hoi and BluSmart collaborate to streamline airport travel with in-cab services
Hoi partners with BluSmart to offer in-cab meal preordering, real-time flight updates, and exclusive airport service perks, enhancing convenience for passengers across 2.5 lakh rides in Delhi-NCR during a month-long campaign.
Hoi, a travel-tech platform focused on enhancing airport experiences, has announced a partnership with BluSmart, South Asia’s all-electric ride-hailing service. The collaboration aims to improve airport travel by integrating Hoi’s airport services into BluSmart rides, targeting 2.5 lakh cab rides across Delhi-NCR over a one-month campaign.
This partnership introduces several features to improve passenger convenience. Riders traveling to airports in BluSmart cabs will have the option to pre-order airport meals, enabling them to avoid queues at food counters and proceed directly to their boarding gates. Hoi’s integration with the Airport Flight Status Display System and the Airport Operations Database (AODB) provides real-time updates on flight schedules and gate information.
Passengers can access these services through in-cab displays or directly via the Hoi platform. BluSmart riders will also receive exclusive offers on Hoi’s services, accessible through the Hoi app or the BluSmart app. These features aim to simplify the journey for airport-bound travelers while promoting the use of sustainable transportation.
Harshvardhan Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Hoi, stated that the partnership represents a step towards creating a more efficient travel experience by integrating smart airport services with sustainable transportation. He highlighted the convenience of managing airport-related tasks during the cab ride, further enhancing the travel process.
Hoi’s platform, currently active at airports in Delhi, Hyderabad, and New Goa (GOX), offers a range of services. These include pre-ordering food and beverages, concierge support such as lounge access and porter services, priority check-ins, and AI-based assistance for airport-related queries. The platform also centralizes essential travel information through its Info Center. Future plans include introducing duty-free pre-ordering and a loyalty program.
This collaboration is expected to enhance the travel experience for passengers using BluSmart for airport-bound rides to Indira Gandhi International Airport. By combining electric transportation with smart airport solutions, the initiative aligns with efforts to promote sustainable and efficient travel in India.
