Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today launched the OBD2A compliant 2023 CB300R. It is priced at Rs 2,40,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), and is available at BigWing dealerships.

Tipping the scales at just 146kg, CB300R is the lightest motorcycle in its category with the promise of an agile handling.

Like Honda’s larger capacity motorcycles, the CB300R too has the emergency brake light feature, which flashes the indicators in quick succession when you press hard on the brakes, like in a panic-braking scenario. The bike is available in two colours – Pearl Spartan Red and Matte Massive Grey Metallic.
The Honda CB300R is entering the hotly-contested sub-400cc naked bike category and will have to square off against the likes of the KTM 390 Duke (Rs 3.11 lakh), Triumph Speed 400 (Rs 2.33 lakh), BMW G 310 R (Rs 2.90 lakh) and TVS Apache RTR 310 (Rs 2.43 lakh onwards).
