Hinduja Tech Names Faiz Ahmad as CEO
Ahmad to succeed retiring CEO Kumar Prabhas at the Ashok Leyland subsidiary from November 1.

Hinduja Tech, a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Faiz Ahmad as its Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026.
The leadership transition follows the planned retirement of current CEO Kumar Prabhas, who will step down on October 31, 2026, after nine years heading the organization.
Ahmad, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Vehicle Engineering & Development, has been part of the Hinduja Group ecosystem for nearly two decades.
"I am honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility of leading Hinduja Tech at this exciting stage of its growth journey," Ahmad commented.
