Hexall’s 'Mammoth' range of electric cargo vehicles and ‘Bubble’ buses showcase their tech prowess
The Bubble bus offers the highest number of seats on a completely flat floor, giving a best-in-class aerodynamic drag which facilitates a lower size of powertrain and battery.
Delhi-based EV start-up Hexall Motors unveiled its ‘Mammoth’ range of electric three wheelers and ‘Bubble’ buses is looking to showcase its technological superiority at the Auto Expo 2023 with its wide range of offerings.
Some of the unique innovations that the company’s three-wheelers provide are –
- Unmatched cargo mass and volume capacities
- High power and torque
- Large roomy cabins with high ergonomics for the driver
- Steering wheel control
- Vacuum assisted brakes
- Twinned wheels on front and dual wheels at rear.

The electric bus Bubble offers the highest number of seats — 41 on a 9.5-meter platform — on a completely flat floor, giving a best-in-class aerodynamic drag which facilitates a lower size of powertrain and battery, thus enabling lower kerb weight which ensures for a very low energy consumption.
The founding team at Hexall consists of highly experienced and skilled professionals from different domains of the automotive industry including research and development, vehicle engineering, product planning, testing, validation and homologation, CAD-CAE, production engineering, inspection and certification etc.

The team has been in prominent positions and understands these technologies and their applications to the core. The range from L5 to Electric bus designed and prototyped by Hexall is testimony of its capability.
