Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, reported dispatches of 553,963 units in June 2025, marking a 10% year-on-year growth compared to 503,448 units in June 2024.

The company dispatched 512,658 motorcycles and 41,305 scooters during the month, up from 473,228 motorcycles and 30,220 scooters in June last year—representing a growth of 8.3% and 36.7% respectively. Domestic dispatches stood at 525,136 units, reflecting a 6.8% increase over 491,416 units a year ago, while exports surged by 139.6% to 28,827 units from 12,032 in June 2024.

Hero also maintained retail momentum, recording 3.94 lakh VAHAN registrations (excluding Telangana), supported by stable demand across both urban and rural markets. The company expects further uptick in demand in the run-up to the festive season, driven by monsoon recovery and a positive economic outlook.

VIDA, Hero’s electric mobility brand, continued its steady performance with 7,178 units dispatched and 7,665 VAHAN registrations in June. The brand also introduced a new segment—the EVOOTER—with the launch of VX2, aimed at offering a cost-effective and sustainable urban commuting solution through its Battery-as-a-Service model.

Hero MotoCorp also expanded its premium portfolio with Harley-Davidson’s 2025 lineup, featuring high-end models like the CVO Street Glide and Road Glide, with prices ranging from ₹2.39 lakh to ₹42.30 lakh.
