Hero MotoCorp reported total dispatches of 533,416 motorcycles and scooters in July 2026, a 19% increase from 449,755 units dispatched during the same month last year.

Domestic dispatches stood at 501,403 units in July, up from 412,397 units a year earlier. The company said its internal combustion engine (ICE) business recorded 478,689 dispatches, compared with 401,171 units in July 2025, supported by retail demand across key motorcycle and scooter segments. Models including the Splendor, Passion, Glamour X, Super Splendor XTEC 2.0, Destini and Xoom contributed to the performance.

Electric mobility business VIDA dispatched 22,714 units during the month. The company also expanded the brand into Nepal, introduced a refreshed brand identity under the "VOOM" platform, and launched a new 4.4 kWh variant.

Exports, however, declined year-on-year to 32,013 units from 37,358 units in July 2025, despite Hero MotoCorp expanding its presence into Ecuador and Germany. The company said Germany becomes its 53rd international market.

During the month, Hero MotoCorp also laid the foundation stone for its second Global Parts Centre in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The facility will support domestic and export spare parts logistics and is part of the company's plan to expand production capacity at its Tirupati plant, where its electric vehicle portfolio is manufactured.

For the financial year to date, Hero MotoCorp has dispatched 2.21 million vehicles, compared with 1.82 million units in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. Motorcycle dispatches reached 1.95 million units, while scooter dispatches stood at 257,909 units.
