 Hero MotoCorp Appoints Madhuri Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer

Hero MotoCorp Ltd., the world's largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, announced the appointment of Madhuri Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 1, 2025.

Madhuri will oversee the company's global people strategy, culture transformation, and capability-building initiatives as Hero MotoCorp continues expanding its international presence.

Madhuri brings 24 years of experience across multiple industries. She joins from Emaar India, where she served as CHRO and Head of Communities, leading large-scale HR and organizational initiatives.

Prior to Emaar, Madhuri spent 16 years at Dalmia Bharat Group in various leadership positions, including HR Head for the Cement business and Corporate HR Head. Her responsibilities encompassed performance management, talent strategy, cultural transformation, and HR integration during mergers and acquisitions across 14 plants.

Madhuri began her career with Bharti Airtel, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and HR digitization during the company's high-growth phase.

Recently, Madhuri received recognition as the Best HR Leader of the Year at the Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2025. She is acknowledged as a thought leader in HR digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, with her insights featured in publications including The Economic Times, Business World, CSR Universe, and SheThePeople.

Madhuri holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology from Lady Shri Ram College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Fore School of Management.
