Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited has introduced its new Syntrac engine oil range at India Bike Week (IBW) 2025 in Panchgani, targeting the premium and high-performance motorcycle segment.

The company returned as the event's main sponsor for the third consecutive year, using the platform to launch its 100% fully synthetic premium motorcycle engine oil line. The Syntrac range features 11 stock-keeping units across multiple viscosity grades including 10W-30, 10W-40, 10W-50, 15W-50, and 20W-50.

API SP compliant, the engine oil utilizes advanced ester technology and is designed to protect engines, gearboxes, and wet clutches under demanding conditions. The formulation addresses high temperatures, high RPMs, and heavy load scenarios, catering to riders engaged in aggressive city riding, highway touring, and high-speed operations.

Within Gulf's two-wheeler portfolio in India, Syntrac is positioned above the Gulf Pride range as the flagship line for high-performance motorcycles.

The company's pavilion at IBW 2025 featured live stunt performances by international enduro performer Pol Torres at the Gulf Enduro Park. Additionally, Gulf showcased the Trackhouse Racing Team's MotoGP bike in Gulf livery for the first time in India, emphasizing its motorsports connections.

Ravi Chawla, Managing Director and CEO of Gulf Oil Lubricants India, stated that the launch represents the company's commitment to high-performance synthetic solutions inspired by motorsports. He noted that IBW continues to serve as an effective platform for engaging with India's motorcycling community.

Gulf Oil's IBW 2025 presence included a product display zone, bike service stop, and Gulf Club Lounge, reinforcing its engagement with the riding ecosystem.

Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited, part of the Hinduja Group and Gulf Oil International, maintains pan-India distribution networks and partnerships with approximately 50 original equipment manufacturers. The company exports to over 25 countries and operates manufacturing and research facilities in Silvassa and Ennore, Chennai.
