Gro Digital Platforms Partners with IDFC FIRST Bank for FASTag Services
Joint venture between Ashok Leyland and Hinduja Leyland Finance signs MoU to provide digital toll payment solutions for fleet operators.
Gro Digital Platforms, a joint venture between Ashok Leyland and Hinduja Leyland Finance, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with IDFC FIRST Bank to launch FASTag services aimed at providing end-to-end mobility solutions for fleet owners and transporters across India.
Under the agreement, Gro Digital Platforms will promote IDFC FIRST Bank's FASTag services through Ashok Leyland dealers. The partnership will offer fleet operators a digital toll payment solution designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and convenience in their operations.
The collaboration will create a connected logistics ecosystem with FASTag-enabled vehicles providing seamless tolling, cashless payments, and real-time tracking capabilities. Fleet operators will receive a unified solution for toll payments and operational management.
IDFC FIRST Bank will leverage Gro's Sadak Ka Saathi program to provide roadside assistance to eligible commercial vehicle FASTag customers. The Sadak Ka Saathi network will also serve as distribution points for FASTag services.

Gro Digital Platforms connects freight originators with fleet operators while providing value-added services for business operations. The platform offers fleet management solutions and operational efficiency tools for the commercial vehicle sector.
Acording to the company, the partnership represents part of Gro Digital Platforms' strategy to expand digital innovation and operational services in India's commercial vehicle industry through smart mobility solutions.
