Global Assure has announced the introduction of a 30-Minute Service Assurance for vehicle breakdown assistance across select cities, as part of its roadside assistance (RSA) operations.
The initiative is aimed at reducing response times during vehicle breakdown incidents, an area where customers often face delays and uncertainty while waiting for support. Under the programme, Global Assure will seek to assist within 30 minutes of a service request in covered locations.
According to the company, the service assurance is supported by enhancements to its operational network, including an expanded service footprint, strengthened field operations and real-time service tracking capabilities.
The rollout reflects a broader industry focus on improving customer experience through faster and more predictable support services. Roadside assistance providers are increasingly investing in technology-enabled monitoring and dispatch systems to improve turnaround times and service visibility.
Global Assure said the programme is designed to offer customers greater assurance during roadside emergencies, where delays can lead to inconvenience and disruption.
The company has not disclosed the complete list of cities covered under the initiative, but indicated that the service assurance will initially be available in select markets. The rollout is expected to be supported by the company's existing roadside assistance network and operational infrastructure.
