Gemopai Electric Scooters, India’s electric two-wheeler manufacturer, is all set to make a significant impact on the two-wheeler market with its aggressive expansion plans.
With YoY growth in the last three years from 2019 to 2021 of 500 percent, 200 percent and 500 percent, respectively, the company is now looking to expand its presence across India and Nepal.
Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and U.P in India have become significant markets for Gemopai due to the high rate of EV adoption and growing acceptance for affordable electric two-wheelers.
To achieve the ambitious goal of selling 1,00,000 electric two-wheelers by the end of 2023, Gemopai plans to deploy 300 dealerships this year across different locations across the country with a 3S configuration, which includes the standard industry practices for sales, service, and spare parts. All authorised dealerships will provide these services, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
Commenting on the need for electric two-wheelers, Amit Raj Singh, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Gemopai, said, "Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to all, equipped with best in class features at an affordable price point. We at Gemopai are committed towards creating affordable, high-quality e-scooters that cater to the needs of the masses.
