Gabriel India Names Mahendra K. Goyal as Group CEO in Executive Leadership Realignment

Gabriel India Limited has announced a multiple changes to its executive leadership team, approved during a board meeting held on Tuesday.

The board approved the appointment of Mahendra K. Goyal as Executive Director, Group Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director for a five-year term effective July 21, 2026, through July 20, 2031. The appointment remains subject to shareholder approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Goyal, who joined the company's non-executive board in October 2024, will also, oversee operations across all business segments, joint ventures, subsidiaries, and associate companies. Goyal has been associated with the parent ANAND Group since July 1995 and serves as its Group CEO.

Additionally, the board re-designated Atul Jaggi as Managing Director (Ride Control). Jaggi, whose current tenure was approved by shareholders in January 2025, will continue in this capacity until October 17, 2029. The company stated that all other terms and conditions of his appointment remain unchanged.
