Fresh Bus announced the launch of its Best Captain Award, an annual recognition program designed to reward safe driving practices and fleet care among its drivers.
The evaluation cycle will run from October 20, 2026, to October 9, 2027. Drivers will be assessed using a 100 point scoring framework based on documented records and verified data.
The reward structure offers Rs 1 lakh for captains achieving a score of 100, Rs 75,000 for scores between 85 and 99, and Rs 50,000 for scores ranging from 70 to 84. There is no cap on the number of eligible winners, which could result in a total annual payout exceeding Rs 5 crore across the workforce of over 500 captains.
