Force Motors Limited reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 216.59 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, registering a 22.8% increase compared to Rs 176.36 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
Total revenue from operations for the quarter rose 6.2% to Rs 2,440.01 crore, up from Rs 2,297.25 crore in Q1 FY26. Consolidated total income stood at Rs 2,478.11 crore compared to Rs 2,322.31 crore recorded in the year-ago period.
Total expenses for the quarter increased to Rs 2,189.66 crore from Rs 2,035.64 crore in Q1 FY26, driven primarily by raw material costs of Rs 1,749.03 crore and employee benefit expenses of Rs 195.12 crore. Profit before tax for the period stood at Rs 293.29 crore against Rs 277.71 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
On a standalone basis, the company reported a net profit of Rs 212.07 crore on revenue from operations of Rs 2,439.89 crore.
During the period, Force Motors completed the acquisition of the entire equity shareholding of Veera Tanneries Private Limited via a Share Purchase Agreement dated April 23, 2026, converting it into a wholly owned subsidiary whose operational results have been consolidated in the quarterly statement.
