Force Motors Appoints Ravi Agrawal as General Manager and Head of Marketing

Force Motors has announced the appointment of Ravi Agrawal as General Manager and Head of Marketing, effective from their Head Office in Akurdi, Pune. The move signals a strategic intent by the homegrown commercial vehicle manufacturer to strengthen its marketing capabilities and deepen its brand presence in an increasingly competitive automotive landscape.

Agrawal brings with him over 25 years of rich, cross-sector experience spanning the automotive, commercial vehicle, and media industries. His career has taken him across a remarkably diverse range of vehicle segments — from three-wheelers and light commercial vehicles to heavy-duty trucks and construction equipment.

His professional journey includes his tenure with the Mahindra Group, one of India's most storied automotive conglomerates, where he honed his expertise in brand strategy and market development.

At Force Motors, Agrawal is expected to lead initiatives spanning brand building, digital transformation, and connected mobility solutions — three pillars that are increasingly defining how automotive companies engage with customers, fleet operators, and institutional buyers in the modern era.

With the commercial vehicle segment evolving through electrification, logistics growth, and infrastructure expansion, Agrawal’s arrival comes at a relevant moment.

Force Motors, headquartered in Pune, is one of India’s longstanding homegrown automotive manufacturers with a strong presence in the commercial vehicle space. It is known for its portfolio spanning light commercial vehicles, multi‑utility vans, and rugged off‑roaders. Over the years, Force Motors has also diversified into specialized segments such as ambulances and defense vehicles, while focusing on innovation and localized manufacturing.
