Fiem Industries Reports Fire Incident at Rajasthan Manufacturing Unit, Operations Expected to Resume Shortly

Fire breaks out at Fiem Industries’ Rajasthan unit; no injuries reported, operations to resume soon; damage assessment and insurance claims underway.

Fiem Industries Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) about a fire incident that occurred on August 23, 2025, at its Unit-8 facility located in Plot No. SP1-C, Industrial Area, Tapukara, District Alwar, Rajasthan (301707).

In a regulatory filing made under Regulation 30(4)/(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that the fire broke out in the afternoon and has since been brought under control with the assistance of fire tenders.

The company confirmed that there were no casualties or injuries reported as a result of the incident. However, preliminary assessments indicate damage to parts of the building, plant and machinery, inventory, and furniture. A detailed evaluation of the extent of the loss is currently underway, and further updates will be provided in due course.

Fiem Industries noted that its assets are adequately insured, and the necessary procedures for filing an insurance claim have already been initiated. The management has also committed to taking prompt measures to restore operations at the affected unit as quickly as possible.

The company assured stakeholders that it will continue to provide updates regarding the incident and its impact on operations.
