Fiem Industries Limited announced on May 19 that Vineet Sahni has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Whole time Director of the company. The automotive lighting and component manufacturer confirmed the leadership change through a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges.

The outgoing executive explicitly confirmed in the regulatory document that there were no other underlying reasons prompting his decision to step down from the leadership role. He also expressed gratitude to the board and shareholders for approving his recent reappointment for a second term.

Sahni stated that he has already handed over the majority of his responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition of leadership operations. He has requested an early release from his duties at the firm. The formal resignation will be placed before the board of directors during their forthcoming meeting for final approval and to determine the exact timeline for his relieving.
