Ferrari introduced the HC25, a one-off based on the F8 spider during the Ferrari Racing Days event at the Circuit of the Americas in USA on May 18, 2026. The vehicle is a bespoke roadster commissioned through the Special Projects program of the manufacturer, which has previously made models like the Monza SP1 and the SP 275 RW Competizione. It utilizes the chassis and mid rear internal combustion powertrain of the existing F8 Spider platform.
The HC25 is powered by the same 3.9 litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine as the F8 Spider, that produces 710 HP and 770 Nm torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The claimed top speed by Ferrari is 340 kilometers per hour, while the 0-100 kph time is said to be 2.9 seconds
The exterior design was developed by the Ferrari Centro Stile under the direction of Flavio Manzoni. It incorporates a dual volume structure separated by a functional black band that houses the thermal management components, including radiator air intakes and powertrain heat extractors.
Specific design elements include custom front headlamps featuring vertically arranged daytime running lights in a boomerang shape. The door handles are integrated into a solid aluminum blade that connects the two sides of the body. The vehicle was developed over a period of approximately two years.
