Federal-Mogul Goetze India, part of the Tenneco Group, has announced multiple management changes following a board meeting held on Friday, with approval for the appointment of Sachin Duggal as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, and Irfan Ali as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Duggal currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Global Performance Solutions Business Unit at Federal-Mogul Goetze's parent firm Tenneco, overseeing a portfolio generating approximately $4 billion in revenues. Duggal previously held leadership roles at Wabtec Corporation and General Electric.
The board also designated Irfan Ali as Key Managerial Personnel. A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ali previously worked with Jubilant Pharmova, UNO Minda, DLF Home Developers, and Moving Picture Company India.
Alongside the appointments, Non-Executive Director Jason Wesley Johnson resigned from the board, citing other professional commitments. The company confirmed there were no other material reasons for his departure.
