Excel Controlinkage appoints Neeraj Sharan as executive director and CEO
In his new role, Sharan will focus on strengthening Excel Controlinkage’s strategic capabilities and diversifying its customer base.
Greaves Cotton Ltd subsidiary, Excel Controlinkage Pvt. Ltd, a provider of motion control solutions, announced the appointment of Neeraj Sharan as its new Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
With a career spanning over 34 years, Sharan brings extensive experience in the automotive components, capital equipment, heavy commercial vehicles, and farm machinery sectors. He has held leadership roles such as CEO of Minda Corporation and CEO of Lohia Corp, where he gained expertise in corporate strategy, manufacturing, sales and marketing, aftermarket services, and retail management across both domestic and international markets.
In his new role, Sharan will focus on strengthening Excel Controlinkage’s strategic capabilities and diversifying its customer base. He expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am honored to join Excel Controlinkage at such an exciting juncture in its journey. Prior to this role, Sharan was associated with Greaves Retail, a division of Greaves Cotton Limited. His appointment signals a strategic step forward for Excel Controlinkage as it continues to strengthen its position in the motion control solutions industry.
