EVRE, an EV charging player has announced that it will establish the country’s largest integrated and connected EV charging ecosystem with 1,000 tech-enabled EV charging hubs by end of 2023.

With a focus towards serving EV-fleets uniformly across the country, EVRE is looking at multifold growth in the charging hubs to meet with the demand for EV chargers.  These EV-fleets include those used for e-commerce, FMCG, passenger and commercial EVs used for intracity and last-mile mobility.

EVRE’s gameplan is to accomplish this in partnership with individual partners, wherein EVRE will continue to remain the technology-enabler with the partners owning the hubs including land, charging stations, civil and electrical infrastructure.  Preliminary estimates suggest that Rs 500 crores of cumulatively inclusive investment will be required to achieve this milestone. The company is operating 50+ such operationally-profitable hubs with the large hubs accommodating and charging 80 vehicles at the same time.  This was the first-step to showcase the company’s solutions as well as feasibility.

Krishna K Jasti, Co-Founder & CEO of EVRE said, “We at EVRE understand the precise requirements of a commercial EV driver and the e-fleet owners, and their need for seamless charging experience in tandem with their on-the-go schedule.”

According to a press note, all the charging hubs will be standardized for fast and slow chargers, coupled with telematics for real time monitoring, dynamic load management solutions, smart-key management for unmanned management of fleets.

EVRE claims it is the world’s only EV charging company that has been able to integrate patented ComputerVision technology with its charging stations for touch-free interface without any human intervention, need for OTPs or scanning QR codes etc.  All these facilities will be available for use of the e-fleet operator through one-web dashboard and EVRE App.

With the aim to offer 100% safe and reliable network for seamless charging experience on-the-go for each EV user, EVRE hubs will provide amenities such as smart parking and charging points, Eat & Charge facility, retiring rooms especially for the comfort of last–mile delivery fleets and third-party vehicle servicing.  In addition, EVRE will also offer insurance coverage against for those who operate the charging stations.
