Inside the Palwal Plant: Production Line and Testing Protocols
At full utilization, the Palwal plant will operate across two shifts alongside a third hybrid shift. The site integrates an automated four-wheeler assembly conveyor line, dedicated body shops, and in-house battery pack assembly lines. The manufacturing process incorporates layered testing protocols across suspension frames, drivetrains, and battery packs under thermal, vibration, and drop abuse conditions.

Euler Motors' EV Truck Sales and Market Share Growth
The capacity expansion comes amid volume growth in Euler's light commercial vehicle business. Monthly deliveries of its four-wheeler portfolio grew from approximately 40 units in April last year to around 800 units in June this year. Within 10 months of introduction, the Turbo EV 1000 helped raise EV penetration in the 4W one-tonne cargo category from roughly 1% to 5.8%, with Euler securing an estimated 28% market share in the segment.
