Escorts Kubota Limited (EKL) will increase prices across its Kubota, Farmtrac and Powertrac tractor ranges from November 2026, following the festive season. The price revision will vary across models, variants and geographies.
The company attributed the increase to sustained input-cost pressures arising from higher raw material, energy, logistics and manufacturing expenses, along with inflationary trends and geopolitical uncertainties.
Escorts Kubota said it had undertaken cost optimisation and operational efficiency measures over the past several months to manage the impact of rising costs. However, with input costs remaining elevated, the company said a price revision was necessary to partially offset higher manufacturing and operating expenses.
Manish Sharma, President – Agri Business, Escorts Kubota, said the company had absorbed a substantial portion of the cost increases before deciding to revise prices. He added that the adjustment was intended to limit the impact on customers while addressing higher input costs.
The revised prices will be available through authorised dealerships from November 2026.
The company's tractor portfolio includes the Farmtrac PROMAXX and Powertrac Shaurya series, the expanded Digitrac range, and Kubota's NeoStar and MU series. Escorts Kubota has also been expanding its dealer network alongside additions to its tractor portfolio.
