Escorts Kubota Limited sold 10,339 tractors in February 2026, up 20.4% from 8,590 units in February 2025. Domestic tractor sales accounted for the bulk of the volume, rising 22.1% to 9,725 units compared to 7,968 units in the same month last year.

The company attributed the growth to rural sentiment, farm activity, government policies, GST reduction, and expectations around the Rabi season. Export sales, however, declined marginally to 614 units from 622 units, a drop of 1.3%.

On a cumulative basis for the April-February period of FY26, total tractor sales reached 1,21,551 units against 1,04,180 units in the same 11-month period of FY25, a rise of 16.7%. Domestic volumes for the period grew 15.7% to 1,15,412 units, while exports surged 39.8% to 6,139 units.

In the construction equipment segment, the company sold 588 machines in February 2026, up 4.8% from 561 machines in February 2025. The company noted steady volume increases in the CE industry, citing recent project awards and anticipated growth in government infrastructure spending. However, the cumulative 11-month figure for FY26 stood at 5,029 machines, down 14.3% from 5,870 units in the same period of FY25.

The announcement was signed by Bharat Madan, Whole Time Director and CFO of Escorts Kubota Limited.
