Endurance Technologies Starts Production at Rs 400 Crore Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Facility

Endurance Technologies announced that it has commenced commercial production at its new greenfield manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

The operationalisation follows the board's approval in May 2024 to set up a dedicated plant for on an 11-acre land parcel, funded entirely through internal accruals at an estimated investment of approximately Rs 400.9 crore.

The facility is designed to manufacture aluminium die-cast parts alongside operations including machining, assemblies and advanced surface treatments. Endurance Technologies said the plant will cater to rising component demand across four-wheelers and non-automotive sectors, supplying structural and powertrain castings for both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicle platforms.

At commissioning, the plant carries an initial installed production capacity of 900 metric tonnes of casting parts per month. The manufacturing layout has been engineered to allow scalable capacity expansion up to 1,100 metric tonnes per month.
