Endurance Technologies Limited announced its audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, posting a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹11,560.8 crore, up from ₹10,240.9 crore in FY24 — a rise of approximately ₹1,320 crore or 12.9%.

Profit after tax rose to ₹836.4 crore from ₹680.5 crore the previous year, indicating a growth of nearly 23%. The EBITDA margin remained stable, and the earnings per share improved to ₹59.46 compared to ₹48.38 in FY24.

The company attributed the strong revenue performance to increased demand for two-wheeler and four-wheeler components, including electric vehicle parts, as well as successful integration of its international subsidiaries. Operations in Europe contributed significantly to topline growth, supported by recent acquisitions and product developments.

During the year, Endurance also acquired additional stakes in Maxwell Energy Systems and expanded its European footprint with the acquisition of a 60% stake in Stoferle Automotive GmbH and Stoferle GmbH in Germany.

The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming AGM scheduled for August 13, 2025. The company remains focused on increasing its presence in the EV segment, improving operational efficiencies, and targeting further growth in both domestic and global markets.
