Elektrobit announced it will present its latest software-defined vehicle (SDV) technologies at CES 2026, focusing on solutions that address rising development costs and vehicle complexity across market segments.

The company will occupy booth #3719 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, where it plans to demonstrate four key technology areas. These include EB corbos Linux for Safety Applications, which provides real-time performance for advanced driver assistance systems, and integration-as-code solutions that automate configuration and testing workflows through API-based extensions.

Additional demonstrations will feature scalable cockpit solutions utilizing low-code design tools and modular automotive operating systems. Elektrobit will also showcase a smart electric vehicle platform developed in partnership with Foxconn, designed for built-to-print production without supplier lock-in.

CEO Maria Anhalt will participate in the Smart Rides panel discussion on January 8, 2026, at 3 p.m. PT, alongside representatives from Magna International and TomTom. The panel will examine how software-defined vehicles are changing safety protocols and personalization capabilities.

"The true challenge of the SDV is no longer about if or when it will happen, but how can we make it available, scalable and affordable for everyone," Anhalt stated in the announcement. She emphasized the need for a "right-sized approach" as vehicle complexity increases.

Several Elektrobit executives will attend the event, including Chief Commercial Officer Christoph Herzig, Head of Strategic Business Development Dr. Siegfried Dirr, and Senior Director of Strategic Product Management for SDV, Dr. Moritz Neukirchner.

Elektrobit, a subsidiary of AUMOVIO with over 35 years in automotive software development, reports its software currently powers more than five billion devices in over 630 million vehicles globally. The company provides operating systems, middleware, embedded software, and digital cockpit solutions to original equipment manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology companies.
