EKA Mobility unveiled a diverse range of electric commercial vehicles at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The lineup, consisting of electric buses, trucks, and small commercial vehicles (SCVs), is designed to address various transportation needs across logistics, urban mobility, and public transport.
The new range includes over 11 platforms aimed at meeting the increasing demand for sustainable transport solutions. This development aligns with India’s goals of promoting clean energy and reducing carbon emissions in the commercial vehicle sector. The vehicles target public transport, long-haul logistics, and last-mile connectivity, offering tailored options for different applications.
To support its vehicle range, EKA Mobility introduced EKA Connect, a fleet management platform that uses real-time data analytics to improve operational efficiency, vehicle performance, and uptime for businesses and transport operators.
Dr. Sudhir Mehta, Founder and Chairman of EKA Mobility, emphasized the company’s focus on creating a sustainable mobility ecosystem through its latest lineup. The vehicles are part of EKA’s broader strategy to transition India towards electric mobility, reduce overall emissions, and lower the total cost of ownership for businesses.
EKA’s electric bus portfolio includes models designed for diverse passenger needs, ranging from long-distance luxury coaches to compact city buses. The company also entered the electric truck segment with heavy-duty and mid-range models for logistics and urban transport. Additionally, the SCV lineup features six new models for cargo and passenger mobility, including three-wheelers and scalable electric cargo vehicles.
EKA Mobility aims to contribute significantly to India’s sustainability goals by saving fuel costs, reducing CO₂ emissions, and enhancing accessibility in transportation. The company is also focusing on modular vehicle platforms, carbon-neutral manufacturing, and partnerships with governments and industries to build regional ecosystems for sustainable transportation solutions.
