Sharma brings 27 years of experience in human resources, having held leadership roles at companies such as Whirlpool, VVF Group, and Parle Agro. His areas of expertise include talent management, organizational transformation, performance-driven culture development, and global HR strategy. In his new role at EKA Mobility, he will focus on strengthening HR policies, fostering a performance-oriented work culture, and enhancing employee engagement.
