Eicher Opens New Dealership for Pro X Small Trucks in Delhi

Eicher Trucks & Buses inaugurated an exclusive dealership for its Eicher Pro X range in Delhi's Nangli Poona Industrial Area. The Mohan Tractors Private Limited facility is designed as a 3S (sales, service, and spares) dealership with digital tools and interactive displays.

The dealership, located on NH-1 GT Karnal Road, targets fleet owners and transporters in sectors including e-commerce, courier services, and FMCG. The facility features interactive customization zones where customers can select cargo body designs, load decks, fuel variants, and color options.

"This new dealership underscores our commitment to shaping the future of last-mile logistics through smart, sustainable, and customer-first solutions."

The dealership connects directly to Eicher's Uptime Centre for vehicle availability and operational efficiency. Services include trained technicians, doorstep service bikes, and GPS-enabled breakdown support.

The facility includes EV charging infrastructure with fast and slow chargers, plus EV-specific service bays. Eicher has partnered with Charging Point Operators to provide access to over 14,000 EV charging stations across India.

Customers can access demo vehicles for test drives and view multi-application displays of the Eicher Pro X range. The dealership serves industries including e-commerce, FMCG, parcel and courier services, and last-mile logistics.

The Eicher Pro X is an electric small commercial vehicle co-developed with customer input. VECV describes the dealership network as "born-digital" to provide an omni-channel retail experience.

VE Commercial Vehicles Limited is a joint venture between the Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Limited, operating since August 2008. The company produces Eicher trucks and buses, Volvo buses, and provides exclusive distribution of Volvo trucks in India.
