Eicher Opens First Exclusive Dealership for Pro X Small Trucks in Mumbai

Eicher Trucks & Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (VECV), has inaugurated its first dedicated dealership for the newly launched Eicher Pro X small truck range. The dealership, operated by AV Motors and located in Bhindarpada-Thane, aims to provide an enhanced retail and service experience for commercial vehicle buyers.  

The facility is designed as part of Eicher’s digital-first dealership network, incorporating interactive digital displays to offer detailed insights into the Pro X range. Customers will have access to a customization zone where they can select from various cargo body designs, load deck configurations, fuel options, and colors.

 Strategically positioned in Bhindarpada-Thane, the dealership is expected to serve key logistics hubs, industrial areas, and business districts in Mumbai. It is directly linked to Eicher’s Uptime Centre, ensuring improved vehicle availability and operational efficiency. Customers will also benefit from trained technicians, doorstep service bikes, and GPS-enabled on-road assistance.  

With the growing demand for electric commercial vehicles, the dealership is equipped with EV charging infrastructure, including fast and slow chargers, along with dedicated service bays for electric trucks. Eicher has also partnered with Charging Point Operators (CPOs) to provide access to over 14,000 EV charging stations across India.  

Customers visiting the dealership will have access to demo vehicles and test drives, along with a multi-application display of the Pro X range, catering to industries such as e-commerce, FMCG, parcel and courier services, and last-mile logistics.  

With a focus on technology-driven retail and service solutions, the new Eicher Pro X dealership aims to enhance the small commercial vehicle ownership experience in Mumbai.
