Dylect Expands Spare Parts Network for Pressure Washer Customers

Dylect, a lifestyle electronics brand with operations across India's automotive and home segments, has announced the expansion of its after-sales infrastructure for pressure washers, making genuine spare parts and accessories available for purchase through its official website.

The company, which claims approximately 12% market share in select auto equipment categories since its launch around 18 months ago, said the move is aimed at addressing a common consumer pain point in the pressure washer segment: difficulty in sourcing authentic replacement parts after purchase. Dylect cited the fragmented nature of the market, characterised by a large number of unorganised players, as a factor that has historically limited post-purchase support options for consumers.

Through the initiative, customers can now access components including turbo lances, nozzles, hose connectors, and extension rods. Dylect said the offering is intended to reduce maintenance delays, extend product lifespan, and provide owners with a more consistent ownership experience over time.

The brand reported a customer base of over 200,000 across its product portfolio in India. Several of its products have achieved top rankings on major e-commerce platforms, according to the company.

The pressure washer category has been positioned by Dylect as a key growth segment, with the company emphasising product quality and long-term ownership support as differentiators in a market that remains largely dominated by informal players.

Dylect is a consumer electronics brand focused on the automotive and home segments. The company markets its products on the basis of minimalist design, smart functionality, and post-purchase support. More information is available at dylect.in.
