Ducati India hosts exclusive meet and greet ahead of MotoGP Bharat

Ducati India hosted an exclusive Meet and Greet event with renowned Ducati MotoGP riders at the Italian Embassy grounds in New Delhi. This unique gathering was attended by Ducati owners, Ducati Owners Clubs, Channel Partners, and the Ambassador of Italy to India, H.E. Vincenzo Deluca along with other diplomats from the Embassy.

The Italian MotoGP rider delegation was led by Paolo Ciabatti, Sporting Director for Ducati Corse, Michele Pirro, Test rider for Ducati Lenovo team, Marco Bezzechi and Luca Marini from the VR46 Racing team and Fabio Di Giannantonio from the Gresini Racing team. The event brought together the fastest MotoGP riders in the world, providing the attendees an opportunity to meet and interact with these illustrious names in the world of motorcycle racing.

They expressed their love and admiration for the Indian fans and all the riders are raring to test out the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida which is the newest addition on the MotoGP calendar.

The riders were welcomed by the Ambassador in his address and were presented with a Ducati MotoGP book signed by World Champion Pecco Bagnaia and other riders who attended the event. The riders also took part in a lucky draw giving away signed Ducati t-shirts which were autographed by all four riders.

Another unique aspect of this event was some super exclusive Ducatis on display consisting of Panigale V4SP2, Streetfighter V4SP and Panigale V4R. In fact, the owner of the Panigale V4SP got the unique opportunity to get this bike delivered and signed by Ducati rider Luca Marini.

Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India stated, "The greatest racing spectacle is here in India, and we welcome it with open arms. I would like to thank Paolo and the entire Ducati Corse team for their incredible support in getting all the riders together. H.E the Ambassador was kind enough to open the Embassy doors for us and we are grateful to him. Well begun is half done so now we pray for a stunning victory for Ducati Lenovo team and can’t wait for the race day.”
