DriveX Opens Hennur Outlet, Adds Third Company-Owned Store In Bengaluru In Three Months

DriveX Mobility has opened a new retail outlet in Hennur, Bengaluru, marking its third company-owned store in the city launched in the past three months. The outlet is located on Hennur-Bagalur Main Road in Hennur Bande, Kalyan Nagar.

The new outlet will cater to customers across Hennur, Kalyan Nagar, Hennur Road, Bagalur Road and surrounding residential and commercial areas. The expansion forms part of DriveX’s strategy to increase its physical retail presence through multiple outlet formats.

At the Hennur outlet, DriveX will offer pre-owned two-wheelers that undergo its standardised inspection and refurbishment processes. The company will also provide financing options, warranty coverage and after-sales assistance as part of the ownership process.

DriveX Expands Company-Owned Retail Network

DriveX follows a multi-format retail model comprising company-owned, company-operated and dealership-led outlets. The company said the approach is intended to expand its reach while maintaining a consistent customer experience across markets.

The Hennur launch comes as the company seeks to address factors beyond vehicle price in the pre-owned two-wheeler market. These include vehicle condition, documentation, reliability, ownership costs, financing and post-purchase support.

Devesh Taparia, CEO, DriveX, said the pre-owned two-wheeler market is increasingly moving towards considerations such as trust, transparency and greater certainty about vehicle condition and ownership. He added that the company’s Bengaluru expansion is focused on bringing a more organised ownership process closer to customers.

DriveX’s broader offering covers vehicle sourcing, inspection, refurbishment, financing, sales and after-sales support. The company said its expanding retail network is aimed at improving access to quality-assured pre-owned two-wheelers while addressing trust-related concerns in the category.
