DriveX Mobility, a technology-enabled platform for pre-owned two-wheelers, has appointed Jyotsna Chaudhary as Head of Human Resources. The announcement comes as the company looks to scale its operations and strengthen its organisational capabilities across digital and retail functions.

Chaudhary brings 16 years of experience in strategic human resources, spanning talent development, workforce planning, organisational transformation, and succession planning. She joins DriveX from TVS Motor Company, where she served as Head HR – Business Partner. Prior to that, she held a position at Continental Automotive Components, where she worked with cross-functional teams across engineering, electric mobility technologies, sales, and corporate functions.

In her new role, Chaudhary will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organisational design, and HR systems. She will also be involved in building leadership pipelines as DriveX expands its market presence.

Devesh Taparia, CEO of DriveX Mobility, said that attracting and developing talent remains central to the company's growth strategy, noting that Chaudhary's background in automotive HR and organisational capability-building aligns with the company's current priorities.

Chaudhary said she was drawn to the company's execution-focused culture and growth ambitions, and expressed her intent to focus on building a high-performing organisation in support of DriveX's next phase of expansion.

The appointment is part of DriveX's broader effort to build leadership capacity as the company continues to grow within India's pre-owned mobility segment.
