DriveX Introduces AI-Powered Self-Inspection Tool for Two-Wheeler Sellers

DriveX has launched an AI-powered self-inspection tool, allowing pre-owned two-wheeler sellers to assess their vehicle's value independently and receive a real-time price estimate.

The new feature aims to simplify the resale process, which traditionally involved physical dealer inspections and inconsistent price quotations. DriveX’s AI tool combines visual inspection technology with market-algorithm-based valuation. Sellers can provide basic vehicle information, upload standardized images and videos, and answer a short questionnaire about the vehicle's condition, including engine performance, brake condition, and accident history. The AI system analyzes visible damage, wear and tear, and mechanical performance to generate an instant price estimate.

To offer flexibility, sellers can either complete the self-inspection online or visit one of DriveX’s 60+ stores across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for a professional evaluation. The AI-driven process also factors in refurbishment costs, providing sellers with a clearer understanding of how their vehicle's condition affects its resale value.

DriveX is showcasing its AI-led solutions at Startup Mahakumbh 2025 as part of the Mobility Pavilion. The company aims to highlight how AI is transforming the pre-owned two-wheeler market by making transactions faster and more transparent.

Narain Karthikeyan, Founder of DriveX, stated that the self-inspection tool offers a faster, data-driven, and transparent pricing method, addressing the common issues of inconsistent valuations and delays.

Once sellers receive the price quote, they can book a final inspection appointment, formalize the offer, and receive instant payment after the transaction.

The self-inspection feature is now available on the DriveX website, offering two-wheeler owners a more efficient way to sell their vehicles.

Founded by former F1 driver Narain Karthikeyan, DriveX  offers a streamlined process for buying and selling used bikes. Its AI-powered Self-Inspection tool allows sellers to assess their vehicle’s value remotely, providing real-time price estimates. DriveX combines visual inspection technology with market-based algorithms to ensure accurate valuations. With 60+ stores across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, it offers both online and in-store services. DriveX aims to make two-wheeler resale faster, more transparent, and hassle-free, catering to the growing demand for user-friendly, data-driven solutions in the used vehicle market.
