Delhivery, a leading logistics service provider, has launched a 100% women-led hub in Sikar, Rajasthan. This initiative follows the success of Delhivery's Moga facility and is part of the company's broader strategy to promote greater female participation in the logistics industry.
The Sikar hub will be fully operated and managed by an all-female staff, representing another milestone in Delhivery's efforts to advance diversity within its workforce. With women already constituting a significant portion of the workforce at other locations, such as Tauru (Haryana) and Bhiwandi (Mumbai), Delhivery aims to replicate this success and establish more all-women hubs across India.
