Continental Tires, a leading premium tire manufacturer, has inaugurated the Continental Elite Drive (CED) dealer store in Bengaluru, further extending its retail footprint in Southern India.
The new store, located in the urban Bengaluru suburb of Kammanahalli, offers a diverse range of premium products and services such as wheel balancing, alignment, nitrogen filling, and tire changes.
With an extensive floor size of 1100 sqft, the store aims to enhance the after-sales customer experience and service accessibility.
Samir Gupta, MD and Head of Central Asia Region - BA Tyres APAC, Continental Tires India speaking on the announcement said, “With the addition CED store in this sprawling metropolis city, we hope to deliver a better customer experience by giving them an integrated buying experience. At the store, we recommend products to customers basis their needs that assists in improving their vehicle performance and driving experience. Our efficient tyre technology brings safety and comfort together to provide better vehicular performance on Indian roads. We are confident that this addition to Silicon Valley of India will further boost our retail sales and presence while making our services more accessible to customers.”
