Citroën India and Milo Drive Sign Agreement to Deploy 500 Electric Vehicles

Citroën India and Milo Drive have signed a memorandum of understanding to deploy 500 units of the Citroën ë-C3 electric vehicle across India. The agreement, announced on 21st November 2025, will see the vehicles integrated into Milo Drive's fleet operating system, which connects drivers with multiple ride-hailing, travel, and corporate mobility platforms.

Under the partnership, Milo Drive will incorporate the electric vehicles into its technology platform, which provides fleet operators and drivers with demand routing, utilization analytics, and performance tracking. Citroën will also provide battery monitoring and performance data to support fleet operations.

Shishir Mishra, Business Head and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Business at Stellantis India, said the collaboration reflects the need for partnerships to scale electric mobility in the country. He described the ë-C3 as suitable for shared mobility applications due to its range and operating efficiency.

Monil Jayeshkumar Khatri, Co-Founder of Milo Drive, said the partnership would help the company support drivers in building their own mobility businesses through its technology platform.

Milo Drive, co-founded by Khatri and Vishal Jewrajka, operates a fleet management system that enables drivers to access vehicles and connect with multiple ride-hailing and corporate transport services. The company currently operates more than 300 vehicles and has completed over 250,000 rides across Indian cities.

Citroën, founded in 1919 and now part of Stellantis, operates in 101 countries with 6,200 sales and service points worldwide. The company offers a range of vehicles including electric and hybrid models.
