Chetak Expands Kerala Network To 103 Customer Touchpoints

Chetak has expanded its retail and service network in Kerala to 103 customer touchpoints, comprising 18 Chetak Experience Centres and 85 Bajaj Auto Ltd. touchpoints. The company said the expanded network will provide customers across the state with access to sales, test rides and service support.

Chetak's Kerala network has grown from an initial two outlets to 103 customer touchpoints. The company said it currently has more than 50,000 Chetak customers in the state. The expanded network covers locations including Kochi, Wayanad, Thiruvananthapuram and Palakkad.

As part of the festive season, customers can avail a Rs 1,999 discount, valid until stocks last. Customers can visit Chetak Experience Centres or Bajaj Auto dealerships to explore the Chetak range, book test rides and access sales and service support.

Eric Vas, President, Urbanite Business, Bajaj Auto Ltd., said the network had grown from two outlets to more than 103 outlets in the state. He added that the company would continue to strengthen its network across Kerala.

The expansion gives Chetak a presence through both dedicated Experience Centres and Bajaj Auto dealerships, with the network supporting sales, test rides and service for customers across the state.
