CASE India Opens First Company-Owned Store in Tamil Nadu
The facility in Tiruchirappalli serves as a strategic hub to deepen the brand's presence across Tamil Nadu and neighbouring markets.
CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, inaugurated its first Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Brandstore in Tiruchirappalli on Thursday, expanding the company's official footprint in southern India.
The 5,300 sq. ft. facility is located on the Trichy-Dindugal Road and positions CASE closer to construction regions across Ariyalur, Perambalur, Thanjavur, Madurai, and Tirunelveli. The store houses two service bays, a dedicated workshop, and a warehouse with inventory of around 700 parts lines. It is supported by trained service engineers, service vans, and advanced diagnostic tools.
Commenting on the development, Emre Karazli, Vice President – Construction Segment, CASE Construction Equipment, said, "India stands among CASE's most strategically important markets globally, not only for the scale of infrastructure development but for the depth of capability it brings to our worldwide operations. The new Trichy COCO Brandshop strengthens our proximity to customers in the region, while solidifying India's role as a key contributor to CASE's operations."
Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director, CASE Construction Equipment – India & SAARC, said, "India's infrastructure priorities are closely aligned with CASE's long-term commitment to the nation's development. Tiruchirappalli is a strategically important market, supported by sustained activity across roads, irrigation, industrial and public infrastructure. The new COCO Brandstore enables us to stay closer to customers and respond more directly to their needs in the southern market. Furthermore, it helps us strengthen service reach and ensuring consistent support as infrastructure development continues to expand across Tamil Nadu."
The Tiruchirappalli brandstore showcases Stage V-compliant machines and provides genuine parts support for surrounding districts and customers across Tamil Nadu. The Tirunelveli branch extends additional spare parts support to enhance service reach across the region.
CASE Construction Equipment has been present in India since 1989 and is a market leader in the Vibratory Compactor segment and a leading player in the backhoe loader segment. The company has been a global leader in construction equipment since 1842.
