Carraro India Names Dheeraj Kumar Rai as Director of Manufacturing

Carraro India announced that it has appointed Dheeraj Kumar Rai as its new Director of Manufacturing, designating him as Senior Management Personnel of the company effective October 1, 2026.

The appointment, cleared by the board of directors follows the superannuation of outgoing Director of Manufacturing Sanjay Kumar, who leaves office on September 30, 2026.

In his executive role, Carraro said Rai will oversee manufacturing operations, factory floor operational excellence, and overall equipment effectiveness across the company's production facilities. 

Prior to joining Carraro India, Rai handled manufacturing and engineering leadership responsibilities at automotive and industrial companies including Tata Cummins, Meritor India, Suzlon Energy, and Asia Motor Works.
