BYD India Launches Sealion 7 Dynamic Variant at Rs 41.90 Lakh
New base trim features a 71.8 kWh Blade Battery, 520 km driving range, and expands the electric SUV lineup to three variants.
BYD India has expanded its flagship electric SUV portfolio with the launch of the Sealion 7 Dynamic variant at an introductory price of Rs 41.90 lakh, ex-showroom.
The Dynamic variant serves as a more accessible entry point into the Sealion 7 lineup, joining the existing Premium and Performance trims. The new derivative is equipped with a 71.8 kWh Blade Battery that delivers an NEDC-certified driving range of up to 520 km and achieves 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 7.3 seconds.

Built on the brand's dedicated e-platform 3.0, the Sealion 7 incorporates Cell-to-Body technology, Intelligence Torque Adaptation Control, a panoramic glass roof, and a rotating touchscreen infotainment display. The variant is offered in four exterior paint options: Atlantis Grey, Cosmos Black, Aurora White, and Shark Grey.
"With the introduction of the new Sealion 7 Dynamic, we are expanding the portfolio to cater to a more diverse customer base while offering increased options to potential buyers," said Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India. "The Dynamic variant will further strengthen its position in India's premium EV segment by bringing BYD's advanced technologies, safety standards and sustainable mobility solutions within the reach of more customers."
BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic: Warranty and Ownership Benefits
As part of the ongoing 'Celebrate Your Dreams with BYD' retail campaign, buyers of the Dynamic variant receive a complimentary 7kW home charger with installation, a 10-year roadside assistance package, and an extended 10-year or 1,50,000 km warranty on the low-voltage LFP battery.
